Cambridge University Press & Assessment
Sentence Runner game for learning
Following the success of the first set of HTML5 games for learning we created for the Cambridge University Press & Assessment English department in 2017, they invited us to make four more game templates, including Sentence Runner. All games included easy, medium and hard level options, a timer, scoring, pause and feedback screens. Music, sound effects, and animation enhance the gameplay and learning.
Players select the correct words to complete sentences whilst running and jumping along rooftops in a parkour style.
Editors at Cambridge can create multiple versions of Sentence Runner using a bespoke Games Editor tool.
Learners can play the games through the Cambridge One platform on all desktop, tablet and mobile devices while taking courses such as Prepare, Unlock, Storyfun and Kids Box 2nd Editions.
If you’re interested in the technical info…
