Behind Closed Doors

As part of the Co-Creating Health programme the Health Foundation asked us to create an animation that looks at a traditional patient/clinician consultation and one where the clinician adapts their questions and comments, empowering the patient to make their own decisions about their care.

We decided to work with the Health Foundation’s existing strong brand identity but adapt it slightly. The characters and environment were built in 3D but rendered to look 2D. This gave us the opportunity to change the viewer’s angle and accentuate the clinician or patient’s differing perspective on the consultation.
